7,798 Eth Moved To Binance After Two-Year Staking, Here'S Who May Stand Behind This
An anonymous whale transferred 7,798 ETH — valued at approximately $25 million — to Binance, according to blockchain analytics platform Lookonchain. The wallet responsible for the transaction may be linked to Fenbushi Capital, a crypto asset management firm founded in 2015, and the funds had reportedly been staked for two years before being moved, likely for sale.
The transfer coincided with a 4.5% price drop in Ethereum, which fell from $3,360 to around $3,220. Meanwhile, crypto investment products recorded their highest weekly inflow since October, with Bitcoin leading at $1.55 billion, followed by Ethereum at $496 million and Solana at $45 million.
Bitcoin recently declined to $92,490 following new U.S. trade tariffs on Europe but has rebounded to $93,180. Analysts attribute the recovery to a resurgence in spot market buying demand, although BTC remains below recent all-time highs.
