Description Apply Now Open sharing options Save Saved Share Experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) professional with expertise in Flexera One and ServiceNow, driving end-to-end software and hardware asset lifecycle, license compliance, and vendor management. Skilled in inventory optimization, audit readiness, data integrity, and strategic reporting to support enterprise IT governanceKey Responsibilities:? Lead administration and configuration of Flexera One, SAM/HAM Pro modules to ensure end-to-end visibility, compliance, and lifecycle management of software and hardware assets.? Manage visibility of IT Inventory through Beacon server infrastructure and Flexera agents across multiple platforms like: Windows, Unix, AIX, Solaris, and macOS platforms to ensure accurate inventory collection and health monitoring.? Drive software license reconciliation, entitlement tracking, and optimization using Flexera and ServiceNow platforms.? Ensure data integrity across ITAM systems through audit log reviews, domain normalization, and integration of HR roster data.? Act as SME for software licensing models including EULA, GNU, Freeware, Shareware, CAL, and subscription-based licensing.? Manage configuration items and ensure accurate reporting through automated interfaces and data quality audits.? Support internal and external audits with structured documentation, compliance evidence, and risk mitigation strategies.? Oversee change, incident, and problem management processes related to ITAM systems, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.? Partner with Enterprise Procurement and Finance to manage vendor contracts, renewals, and onboarding of new software providers.? Contribute around product, configuration, financial, and vendor management initiatives to align ITAM operations with enterprise governance goals.? Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics in ServiceNow to monitor inventory health, compliance metrics, and usage trends.? Create and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation to mature ITAM governance and operational excellence.? Provide enriched reporting and strategic insights to business leaders for decision-making and technology chargeback planning.?
