Description du poste Type de m?tier Types de m?tiers Cr?dit Agricole S.A. - Ressources Humaines Intitul? du poste Stage - HR Generalist Officer (6/12 months) H/F Type de contrat Stage Dur?e (en mois) 12 mois Date pr?vue de prise de fonction 05/01/2026 Poste avec management Non Missions Under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources, you will be a key member of our 5?person HR team and will participate in the following areas:Training: support coordination of the annual training campaign, assist in planning and delivering training sessions, and contribute to the annual INFPC report.Recruitment: manage job descriptions and job-board postings, assist with candidate screening and interview logistics, and support onboarding.HRIS & Reporting: maintain HR records in personnel and training systems, produce regular and ad hoc reports, and support absence management monitoring.Labour law & Compliance: help ensure compliance with local legal regulations and contribute to analysis/comparison of social legislation across the Greater Region (BE / LUX / FR / DE).Policies & Operations: review and update internal policies and procedures (English), support event organization, handle routine HR enquiries and assist the HR team with more complex tasks.Stakeholder engagement: liaise with staff delegates, authorities and external providers as required.If this sounds interesting and you'd like to join a company that is very invested in the training of the interns, don't hesitate to apply with your CV and cover letter in English! Outils informatiques IT skills: advanced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using HRIS tools and producing reports.
