General Summary and Purpose: Victory Capital Management seeks a dedicated full-time Senior Tax Accountant to join our tax team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner in advancing our tax initiatives while maintaining rigorous compliance standards across federal, state, local, and international tax jurisdictions. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on continuous learning and is passionate about driving innovation within our tax function. Working directly with the Head of Tax, you will contribute to both tactical execution and strategic tax planning initiatives that support Victory Capital's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives and analytical rigor to help elevate our tax department's capabilities and operational excellence. About Victory Capital ? Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual income tax provisions.? Collaborate with the Head of Tax and external advisors in preparation and review of tax filings.? Maintain organized and updated workpapers for federal, state, local and international tax returns and transfer price studies.? Manage correspondence related to tax authority inquiries and audits.? Support accounting month-end close responsibilities and quarterly SEC reporting requirements.? Maintain expertise in tax accounting and compliance rules.? Contribute to tax planning and special projects. You Have: ? 2-4 years of ASC 740 income tax accounting (either tax provision preparation or audit support) experience? Ability to analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations? Bachelor?s degree in accounting? Target Compensation: The target base salary range for this position is $89,250 - $105,000. Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant?s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
