Senior Systems Analyst-Technology

This role is primarily focused on ensuring accurate, timely, and brand-compliant content publishing while collaborating with multiple business stakeholders. A working knowledge of Agile practices and product ownership principles will be an added advantage, as the position involves supporting sprint planning and backlog management for content-related initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute content updates on Bloomreach CMS with precision and adherence to brand, compliance, and SEO guidelines.Work closely with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements for content changes and enhancements.Maintain diligent documentation and updates in JIRA/Confluence to ensure transparency and traceability of content tasks.Conduct regular audits of site content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing objectives.Coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of content updates.Handle ad-hoc content requests alongside planned sprint work, ensuring proper prioritization and timely resolution.Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and assist in managing the content backlog.Monitor site performance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for content improvement.Act as a liaison between business teams and technical groups to ensure smooth communication and delivery.Required Qualifications4-6 years of overall industry experience with 2-4 years of experience in web content management or a similar role.Hands-on experience with Bloomreach CMS (or similar platforms).Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content updates simultaneously.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience participating in Agile ceremonies.Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in the financial services industry or other similar, highly regulated environment.Experience working with the following tools: JIRA, Morningstar Advisor WorkstationExperience with AdTrax submissionsExperience with vendor managementExperience with market data / exchange dataAbout Our CompanyAmeriprise India LLP has been providing client based financial solutions to help clients plan and achieve their financial objectives for 125 years.
