For this position, which is subject to credentials, industry experience, education, training/certifications, and/or geographic differentials, Dimensional reasonably expects to pay a salary range of:$155,000 - $200,000This role is also bonus eligible.Notes to applicants:Dimensional sees great value from collaborating in our offices and appreciates the benefits of flexibility. Success in the role will require the candidate to acquire a deep understanding of Dimensional? s business processes, investment philosophy and approach, and effectively articulate this to clients. The candidate will work directly with Retirement and Insurance Distribution Group teammates, along with other internal departments such as marketing, portfolio management, and analytics to ensure clients receive exceptional client service.Responsibilities:Develop, coordinate and implement marketing, sales and client service programs for insurance company clients and prospectsWork with senior Retirement and Insurance Distribution team members to fully develop opportunitiesBuild and maintain deep relationships with staff at all levels of a client?s businessProvide constructive feedback on strategies and trends to the executive, sales and investment management teamsLead complex technical investment discussions, including review meetings, with a sophisticated audienceAct as an intellectual contributor and a trusted advisor to our prospects and clientsQualifications:A minimum of nine years of investment sales experience required, ideally gained from working at an institutional asset managerExperience working with a variety of insurance company productsA strong sense of professional and personal integrity and high ethical standardsDemonstration of initiative, accountability and a focus on delivering consistent quality workCommitment to the philosophy and process underlying Dimensional? s investment approachExcellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with regards to conveying technical investment approaches and key selling points in a clear and compelling mannerAbility to prioritize and to exercise time managementA strong academic background is required; MBA and/or CFA strongly preferredA proven track record and history of success is requiredSIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required; SIE and Series 7 must be obtained within the first 12 weeks of hire as a condition of employmentPlease note this position can be carried out on a Hybrid working pattern from Austin Charlotte or Santa Monica.
