The M&A Sourcing Associate will provide sourcing and business development on the M&A team. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Inclusion and Connection. This is a hybrid role available in Torrance or Chicago Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus Commission Duties and Responsibilities: Day to day responsibilities include identifying and sourcing new acquisition targets for M&A strategic initiatives of EPWA. Managing outreach to RIA firms across multiple geographies Planning and coordinating initial calls and meetings CRM management Other transaction and team responsibilities as assigned Qualifications 1-4years working experience in a (outbound) business development role; Financial Services industry highly desired Demonstrable history of successful business development results Experience with RIAs and Financial Advisors desired Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in CRM, PowerPoint, MS Office Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy Excellent sales capabilities and communication skills What We Offer We offer a highly competitive suite of holistic benefits designed to help our team members balance their personal and professional life commitments.
