This is your chance to achieve your goals and lead an extraordinary career.This is your chance to invest in your future.Read more about DWS and who we are here.Team / division overview The DWS US Wealth team is responsible for the advancement, promotion, and growth of DWS?s Active, Passive, and Alternatives strategies with financial advisory clients across intermediary Wealth channels across the Americas.Role DetailsAs a Regional Sales Specialist for the US Wealth team, you will:Develop and maintain business relationships with financial advisor professionals in the sales territoryMaintain a high-level understanding of DWS?s wide range of investment products and global investment viewsDistribute Active, Passive, and Alternative solutions to DWS?s most important clientsManage and leverage relationships to gain access and referrals within each target team as identified by the seeker and DWS business intelligenceWork with all of the resources of DWS including Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Specialists, Alternative Specialists, Key Account Managers, Internal Sales Consultants [wholesalers], and Product Specialists to achieve sales targets across multiple product linesDeliver the DWS value proposition as a way to deepen and develop ongoing business relationships with target clientsWe are looking for Proven Investment Sales experience with a strong personal network to relevant financial advisor professionals across the relevant territoryAbility to maintain/develop client relationship, preferably across multiple asset classesStrong product knowledge capable to explain and discuss a range of investment strategiesAble to prioritize the key initiative across a broad range of opportunities and relationshipsExcellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills ? be able to build the trust and confidence of clientsEducated to degree level with relevant experience in Investment/Asset Management or Financial ServicesGood project management skills and ability to work autonomouslySeries 7/63 preferredWhat we?ll offer you:At DWS we?re serious about diversity, equity and creating an inclusive culture where colleagues can be themselves sand it?s important to us that you enjoy coming to work - feeling healthy, happy and rewarded. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate?s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. This position is eligible for incentive compensation in the form of commission payments.
