You will be part of a deep U.S. institutional coverage team that includes relationship managers, investment specialists and client service and support groups. Clients and prospects covered include public pension funds, endowments & foundations, Taft-Hartley pensions, and other institutional investors.Your Key Responsibilities: You will be primarily responsible for acquiring new institutional clients as well as additional revenues from an existing client baseYou will be intensely focused on asset owners and the consultants who advise them; you are self-motivated and have a strong history in, and knowledge of the institutional marketplace, particularly pensions, endowments, and foundationsDeveloping business and maintaining relationships with the institutional client base in the southeastern USClosing business and maintaining relationships with the targeted or similar institutional client baseKnowledgeable of investment products, investor demands, and industry regulationsYour Skills & Experience:Minimum 3-5 years previous relevant experience in the client coverage portion of the asset management industryMinimum a bachelor?s degree or equivalent, CFA and MBA is a plusSeries 7 and 63Relationships with institutional asset owners and their consultants/advisorsAsset management industry experienceHow we?ll support you:Training and development to help you excel in your careerFlexible working to assist you balance your personal prioritiesCoaching and support from experts in your teamWhat we?ll offer you:At DWS we?re serious about diversity, equity and creating an inclusive culture where colleagues can be themselves and it?s important to us that you enjoy coming to work - feeling healthy, happy and rewarded. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate?s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
