Join us at DWS!About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate ProgramOur 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS. In order to provide the best service for our clients, the division is structured along the following 3 core segments:Institutional ClientsWholesale ClientsAlternativesWe offer all sorts of investment products and tailor-made solutions for those clients stemming from the active, passive, alternative or solutions platform. We serve institutional clients as well as a large number of wholesale clients in Switzerland. To service these clients in the most comprehensive way, we have a strong working relationship with Insurances, Pensions and Distributors.As our DWS Graduate you will support the different teams by:Maintenance and development of Swiss German insurance companies and pension fundsClose cooperation with the institutional sales team on existing relationships with insurance companies, pension funds and consultantsSupport the Head of Pension Funds as well as the Head of Insurances on daily client servicing tasksDevelop Tier 2 insurance companies and pension funds from scratch. Management of the entire sales value chain from cold call to client on-boarding.We?re looking for: ? Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates?
