We are looking for a Senior Team Manager to join our team in Bangalore or Pune and be part of our Operations leadership team in DWS India, directly reporting into the Global Head of Illiquid Asset Operations in London. The Illiquid Asset Operations (?IAO?) team is responsible for the finance and operations of the Alternatives funds and products managed by DWS.The team has grown organically within regional and asset class specific hubs located in London, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, the US, Singapore, Korea and Australia.However, in order to efficiently meet business growth and ensure consistent service levels, we aim at strengthening the team by enabling work on multiple products across all asset classes.In order to facilitate these global value chains, IAO is establishing a completely new team in India and this role will be the first hire we make.
