We?re looking for an energetic, proactive, and highly organised Delegate Engagement Manager to drive audience acquisition across our global summits and awards. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will play a critical role in growing delegate attendance, increasing conversion rates, and driving awards entries, across our portfolio of flagship events.This role suits someone who is enthusiastic, engaging, data-literate, and confident communicating with senior executives.Key ResponsibilitiesDelegate Acquisition & OutreachConduct personalised outreach to prospective delegates via email, LinkedIn and phone to drive registrations for our summitsManage and nurture pipelines across multiple events, ensuring steady volume and quality of prospectsWrite clear, compelling copy for outreach messages and follow-ups Conversion & Relationship ManagementEngage with registered delegates to confirm attendance, answer queries and maximise conversion ratesBuild rapport with senior-level contacts (e.g. COOs, CFOs, CTOs, GCs)Maintain a high standard of professionalism and event knowledge in all communicationsAwards Entry EngagementConduct targeted outreach to drive award submissions and ensure strong category representationGuide entrants through the submission process and support them with queriesLead Sourcing & Data ManagementResearch and source new leads to expand the relevant audience pools for each eventUpdate and enhance contact information within Salesforce to maintain data accuracyWork closely with the Marketing team to refine targeting, segmentation and messagingCollaboration & ReportingWork in partnership with marketers to align outreach with campaign activity, event positioning and audience strategyProvide regular updates on outreach progress, conversion metrics and challengesCollaborate with internal teams (Content, Ops, Sales) where relevant to support audience deliveryRequirementsEssentialStrong written communication skills and able to craft concise, persuasive outreach copy.Confident communicator who can engage senior executives with easeProficient with ExcelExperience in a target-driven or outreach-focused roleHighly proactive with the ability to self-manage pipelines and tasksEnthusiastic, positive mindset and a genuine team playerExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail DesirableExperience using Salesforce or other CRMsFamiliarity with B2B events, awards programmes or professional servicesInterest in financial/alternative investments, private markets or hedge fund industriesBenefitsExcellent commission structure24 days annual leave rising to 29 daysEnhanced parental leaveMedicash (Health Cash Plans)Wellness DaysBirthday day offEmployee assistance programmeTravel loan schemeCharity daysBreakfast providedSocial events throughout the yearHybrid WorkingOur Company:With Intelligence is based at One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EA.
