Job Description:The Corporate Services team is dedicated to customer service and hospitality by providing all employees and clients with an exceptional overall experience from the moment they enter a Dimensional building. This position will provide support to the Corporate Services department through the day-to-day meeting management, building operations, and global collaboration.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain office floorplan and occupancy documents dailyLiaise with global counterparts to ensure consistent and standard operating proceduresManage Associate level employees to include Reception and AssociatesMaintain and audit parking validation logsManage rideshare programCoordinate office movesCoordinate and correspond with Technology and visiting employees for desk placementsComplete weekly floor walks Correspond with new employees to share building informationPrepare and distribute weekly events and visitor email to Austin EmployeesLiaise with building maintenance staff and Dimensional Property Management team to track and resolve maintenance concerns Interact with and maintain strong relationships with vendorsReview invoices and troubleshoot errorsIssue and track building access, office keys, and parking cardsComplete quarterly art collection checkAct as the head floor warden for life safety and emergency response programsSpecial projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeExperience in the Hospitality Management industryThree plus years of office administration and management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented and organized with excellent customer service skillsAble to work equally well in a team environment and independentlySelf-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn programs as needed Dimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth.It is the policy of the Company to provide equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
