Within this role, you?ll be supporting various operational tasks, particularly in managing investor queries and assisting in compliance and risk-related work.Generate weekly and periodic reports to track performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making.Design, implement, and document a folder management framework to improve file organization and retrieval across the business team.Build and organize business processes, ensuring consistent and efficient workflows within the department.Participate actively in team meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations.Prepare insightful reports and documentation based on thorough analysis.Fulfill regular and ad-hoc duties.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
