Review and coordinate SEC filings for Form N-MFP, Form PF, Form N-CSR, Form N-PORT and Form N-CEN and other regulatory filingsReview and coordinate financial statement and regulatory comments, including those from audit firms, legal, portfolio managers, compliance, President and CFO/Treasurer and data owners.
